Before. The family room had a fine view but was somewhat small. The owners had mirrored the upper part of the wall in an effort to expand the room visually, but their arrangement of the room tended to defeat the purpose. Overall, the room was heavy and jumbled.
White and blue replaced the gold and brown, giving the room a much fresher and cleaner look. The space in the room was maximized by using built-in seating rather than a free-standing sofa.
